 BOOKING INFORMATION

A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking.  

​

Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date must be paid in full plus £100.00 refundable damage deposit.

​

Once the deposit has been paid and we have confirmed by email, a binding contract will exist between us, with you accepting the Terms and Conditions regarding the letting of The Stables, found on this website.

​

For bookings made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date: The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday.  If payment is not received by then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let the cottage.  We are not obliged to send reminders.

​

All Cancellations must be notified by email/in writing

If you cancel your holiday more than 6weeks before it is due to start, then you will lose your deposit.

​

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday starts then you remain liable to us for the cost of the holiday.  However, if we are able to re-let the accommodation, all monies paid in excess of the deposit will be refunded, minus any shortfall in the rent achieved, taking into account that we may have to discount the rent to secure a booking quickly at short notice.

Please note: There is no dedicated electrical vehicle charging point at the property.

Please note: Neither smoking or vaping is allowed either inside or outside the property
